This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between The Adapted Way ("Provider") and the purchasing party ("Customer") regarding the use of the Volunteer Training Toolkit ("Toolkit"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Toolkit, the Customer agrees to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, the Provider grants the Customer a non-transferable, single-use license to access and use the Toolkit. This license permits the Customer to use the Toolkit for personal, individual purposes within their ministry or organization.

2. Restrictions on Use

The Toolkit, including all training modules, leader guides, discussion guides, worksheets, and assessments, is intended for single-use by the individual who has purchased it. Each volunteer within your ministry must purchase a separate license for access and use.

The Customer agrees that the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Sharing the Toolkit or its content with any other individual or entity, whether through copying, email, electronic transfer, or other means.
Distributing, reselling, sublicensing, or making the Toolkit available for free or for sale to third parties.
Reproducing any part of the Toolkit beyond what is expressly allowed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Ownership

All materials provided within the Toolkit remain the intellectual property of The Adapted Way. This Agreement does not grant the Customer any ownership rights to the content. The Customer may not claim ownership or authorship of the Toolkit or any of its components.

4. Enforcement

The Provider reserves the right to revoke access to the Toolkit if the terms of this Agreement are violated. Legal action may be pursued in cases of unauthorized use, distribution, or sharing of the Toolkit.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective upon the Customer's purchase of the Toolkit and remains in effect until terminated by either party. The Provider may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Customer fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

6. Governing Law

By purchasing and using the Volunteer Training Toolkit, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Volunteer Training Toolkit

This Volunteer Training Toolkit is a one-time purchase of $150.00 and provides you with lifetime access to the course. "Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of our organization, but we don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon (or ever!). Please note that each volunteer must purchase their own individual Toolkit (it cannot be shared amongst volunteers).
