Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership and Permission:

   • All intellectual property associated with this membership, including but not limited to materials, content, systems, and strategies, remains the sole property of The Adapted Way.
   • By purchasing this membership, you are granted a license to use the intellectual property strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Permitted Use:

   • The membership is intended to help you continue and build your knowledge of disability ministry.
   • You are permitted to use the content and materials for personal and educational purposes within your church.
   • The membership is intended for use by a single church entity. It cannot be shared among multiple churches or organizations.

3. Restrictions:

   • You may not sell, duplicate, distribute, or give away any part of the materials or content to others.
   • Unauthorized use of the intellectual property, including sharing, copying, or distributing any part of the membership materials outside your church, is strictly prohibited.
   • You may not use the intellectual property to create derivative works without explicit written permission from The Adapted Way.

Expectations and Results

1. Effort and Application:

   • The effectiveness of the systems and strategies taught through this membership depends on the effort and commitment you put into implementing them.
   • The Adapted Way does not guarantee specific results as these depend on various factors, including but not limited to your dedication and application of the trainings.

2. Compliance:

   • By purchasing and using this membership, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
   • Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your membership without a refund, and The Adapted Way reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

Digital Product and Refund Policy

1. No Refunds:

   • Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not permitted.
   • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access to the membership materials has been granted.

2. Cancellation:

   • You may cancel your membership at any time.
   • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the membership materials until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.

Miscellaneous

1. Resource Library: 
   • Due to the digital nature of this product, resources in our digital resource library will be available immediately after the 3 day free trial has ended to remove the possibility of theft. 

2. Amendments:

   • The Adapted Way reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the membership platform.
   • Continued use of the membership after amendments signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
